Windows 11 will run android apps: kind of

How secure and effective this is? People want to know,

Windows 11 was released on 24-June, and there is so much hype about the features of windows 11. One of the headline features is that Windows 11 will be able to run android apps. But, it raises some questions like how android apps on windows 11 will look like and how they will work.

Yet, the process of running android apps in Windows 11 is not confirmed. Chrome OS has the same capability, but the process was not easy at all. You have to do some command-line work.

Uses can find android apps in the Windows app store and get them using the Amazon app store. We will share later more.

Let me make it simple for you:

Windows 11 will be able to run Android apps only available on the Amazon app store.

You need to be logged in to your Amazon app store while fetching android apps for Windows 11. If you can not get the app from the amazon store, you probably can not run it in the new OS. For instance, you will not be able to run android versions of Snapchat and Apple music because you can not find these from the Amazon app store.

This feature raises some security questions too. Will windows be able to check sideloaded android apps for malware or viruses? The feature of Google Play Store.

Hopefully, in near future, Microsoft will answer all the raising questions but yet we don’t know very much. We hope that Microsoft will not limit this feature to just Amazon app store apps.

After some time Microsoft will start sharing more detail about how this all process will happen. So, Microsoft can get feedback from users and developers before making this feature available for all. Let’s wait together 🙂
