Samsung has begun the production of 90Hz OLED display panels for laptops and Asus will use them in their 14-inch laptops.

“The demand for laptops is increasing steadily as working from home and remote learning become the new norm. OLED displays can meet consumers’ various needs as they’re using laptops for school, virtual meetings, video streaming, gaming, and more.”

This isn’t a surprise for the laptop market because OLED panels are being used in high-end expensive laptops for a while now. But, now it seems these OLED 90Hz panels are coming to mid-range laptops because ASUS and Vivo are going to use these 90Hz OLED panels Asus Zenbook 14X and 14-inch Vivobook Pro, respectively.
