4k resolution, two original game extensions, and the director’s commentary.
Alan Wake’s – Remedy Entertainment’s 2010 classic – remastered version is under development and it will support multiple platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. The remastered version will have 4k resolution, two original game extensions, and the director’s commentary. Alan Wake Remastered will be available for the PlayStation for the first time.
Alan Wake Remastered will officially support PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC.
Alan Wake is a Xbox-360 exclusive title, but later in 2012, it was released for PC. In this game, you play as a writer searching for his missing wife in the specific northwest.
“The game’s cutscenes, quirky cast of characters, and majestic Pacific Northwest vistas have been enhanced for a visual impact that matches its unnerving atmosphere,”
Epic last year made a publishing deal for two titles with Remedy. One title was called “AAA multi-platform production,” but the second one was a smaller project but in the same universe. Probably, Alan Wake Remastered can be the second project; if it’s true, we can expect the sequel of Alan Wake.
Epic didn’t release any date for the release of Alan Wake Remastered; just said it will be available in the fall.
